Here are some common questions.
There are millions of personalised questions to be answered,
so ask me.
Yes! Everyone can benefit from financial planning. We can help you make your best financial decisions at any income level.
Everyone is different. Partners are often different in their profile. We will work with you to help you establish the right balance of risk to reward for your investments. Some people think blue chip shares are secure, others think term deposits are secure.
For the same reason you would use any professional or trade expert. You can buy oil, filters and sump plugs and change your own car oil. Leaking toilet, fence needs replacing? The big green shed can help you the equipment and Youtube the know how.
So why don't you do these things? When you hire a professional, you are buying their expertise and knowledge.
Interview a few advisers to find one you are comfortable with. This is a long term relationship not a transaction.
Yes, this is a major component of your financial wellbeing.
Life, Total & Permanent Disability, Trauma, income protection, we can do it all. We have access to all major insurers, and deal with those that meet our criteria.

Like anything, the fee varies depending on the work involved in your personal situation.
Can you afford it, the question is can you afford not to? The tax savings in year 1 may even outweigh the fee.
Great question! What do you want to do in your super fund? Are you comfortable with trustee duties of an SMSF? Will retail or industry funds give you what you need? This deserves a chat about your individual needs. Don't base this on what your friend/ uncle/ friend at the pub said or is doing.
Here's a simple generic calculation. Take your spending, multiply that by 20 and that is a guide on what you need as a minimum.
So if you want $60k p.a. you're going to need about $1.2m. That is a 5% return. Very generic answer.
Firstly, only insurance pays via commission. Other advice is charged depending on what level of work is done. My job is to give you options and advice. Your job is to either agree or disagree.
CFP is a designation not a qualification. To use CFP you must be a member of the Financial Advice Association, FAAA. If you're not a member, you can't use it. CFP's were also given to people without qualifications some years ago.
I have completed the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, A bachelor of Business, FASEA, and have 20 + years experience.
Great question! Maybe you should. It's easy, you know them and have a relationship already so it ticks a lot of the boxes.
Accountants specialise at accounting. Financial planners and advisors specialise in this area alone. A mechanic works on a car, but doesn't fix panels, and may not be a transmission specialist.
